Stay away from this company.
I ordered uniforms for my new business and arranged to have them for our open day but no one bothered to deliver them on time. I requested a refund and I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 months…

I have been dealing with this company for over 20yrs, and have never received such appalling service from them until just over a year ago!
Orders that I have placed have failed to be delivered on time, despite having paid £7.99 for next day delivery on a couple of occasions.
I have been charged twice in error on another occasion, and had to wait several weeks before having a refund.
I placed two orders a couple of days ago, and paid for next day delivery....today is Tuesday and I am still waiting!
I have sent several emails and tried to call them, but to no avail.
I have just been on their website to check progress, and it's still showing as 'processing'!
The worst company to deal with....avoid like the plague!

Shocking experience. Ordered a small amount of tunics 3 weeks ago not that never (and still haven't) arrived. All they kept saying was blaming DX who had a 'POD' which was the letters DP, we have no body bearing these initials however they are conveniently our company names initials... They did nothing for about 2 weeks until they finally found a location of delivery which was no where near our address. They just sent us a credit note rather than asking what we would like to do... We will not use them again and advise you give them a swerve too!

Used them a lot with work as unfortunately that's who the business wants us to order from. The scrubs are okay when they eventually do arrive however getting them is an ordeal every single time. The website says everything is in stock but after waiting months you email them to be told actually no it's out of stock. Shoddy service every single time. Didn't use to be this bad

I have been buying uniforms from this company for years. I have never had an account, so I have always had to pay over the phone when ordering, prior to orders being dispatched. They have always been very strict on this. Imagine my shock today when I received an email from a debt collection agency claiming I owe Alexanders £135.00 plus interest !! No letters or emails from them direct first, but HOW when i always pay in advance ?
I have spent thousands of pounds with this company over the years, this treatment of loyal customers is just not acceptable at all.

My husband placed an order with this company on the 22nd of December ​and it still has not been delivered! I've asked to cancel the order and to have a refund, they said it's not possible because it's already with the delivery company! Our only option for refund is to wait for the items to be delivered and then send them back! I'm very disappointed

Edit:
Today I've received an email from this company costumer care saying that quote "The driver has attempted to deliver the parcel ion a number of occasions, but the parcel has been refused and it is stated that the name is not known at the address" end of quote.
This is a complete lie us they've never been to our door, we never refuse to take the parcel and indeed my husband lives at the address.
The only positive note it's that the parcel is going back to the warehouse and then they will process a refund.
Stay away from this company for your own sake!!

Still waiting for 2 green tunics for my daughter as she needs for college and I was told I had to order from these. Paid extra for fast delivery and they are still processing order after 9 days. Keep getting fobbed off
by customer service. This company is shocking. Totally unacceptable.

I order 2 tunics only. The reason I ordered with them was because I needed it soon I was saying it was in stock.
3 weeks later a phone to see where was my order I it says was going to be delivered next week, then I received an email saying it would take 10 weeks!
I phoned and cancelled the order and was told it would take 5 working days to be in my account. Two weeks later I emailed them and was told the refund was made talk to your bank!?!?!
Emailed them back to ask for proof of refund and was told the was a error on the system and the refund will be made in 5-7 working days!
Wich I saw the reviews before I made the order, NEVER again
