I recently visited B&Q Aylesbury and had a very disappointing experience with their car parking system. After parking my car in the B&Q car park, I briefly left the premises for just 10 minutes and ended up receiving a £60 parking fine, despite being well within the allowed time and having made a purchase at the store.

Apparently, there is some fine print on the parking sign stating that you are not allowed to leave the premises while your car is parked there. This is not made clear to customers, and I find it incredibly unfair. I believe B&Q should either make this rule more visible or reconsider their approach to parking restrictions.

This experience has really soured my view of the store. A £60 fine for such a minor thing feels like a harsh penalty for loyal customers. Be careful when parking here!

I strongly believe that the current refund system needs to be improved. It is inconvenient to have to return to the same store location where a purchase was made and then be required to present the same card for a refund. Many other retailers offer the flexibility to issue refunds to any card or even provide cash without such strict requirements. This system definitely needs an upgrade for better customer experience.

Drove some way to get to B and Q to get a sheet of plywood, took it to the cutting station as I needed a particular size, only to to be told they weren’t cutting because of staff training, which is very inconvenient, but it was the manner that I was told, not a word of apology, just turned his back on me, B and Q must search high and low to find such oafs ,this is not the first time I’ve been treated in such an offhand manner in this store , I’ve had a life time in retail, if any of my staff behaved in this manner they would be for the high jump! And Which manager came up with the great idea to close the cutting station on a busy Saturday morning? I recommend if you want proper service, go to a small independent business

Great service from staff on shop floor. Till lady (blonde) needs to get another job if she wants to huff and puff at me, juggling all my items on my own and she quite frankly couldn't have cared less. So no thanks to her, but thanks to all the staff on shop floor.

Disgusting service. Manager and team refused to return and item that hasn’t been used. The store manager Paul always refused to refund or exchange items. Do not use this branch.

For God's sake don't park on free 2 hour car park.(Large sign) Small sign underneath says don't leave car park (underhanded tactics) lots been fined there including myself. 30 minutes stay £70 fine. So wrong
