I always go in the PDSA shop in staple hill have done for many years.
But after my last visit I am not sure I will again.
Afer leaving the shop I was followed up the road then stopped by one of the shop assistants saying i have stolen a drink bottle but it was mine i went into the shop with it she then realised that but by then people were looking at me I never felt so ashamed like i done it.
I was left very upset by this.
