Hidden behind a row of shops.
If you find the area with next home in, Go outdoor is on your right, continue to the bottom of that road, turn left at the small roundabout and it's on the right .
It's tucked away, but don't be fooled, it's very big.
Parking is free for 3 hours.
Plenty of parking spaces available.
Outdoor section and garden stuff available.
This b and q seems to have large sections of everything, and the bathroom section has alot of items on display.
There's a work wear section too which is quite impressive with alot of variation for clothes.
Till service was average and could do with some improvements, but apart from that this store is one of the biggest b and q's I've visited.
Open until 8pm every day except Sunday, when it closes at 4pm.

Neslihan, the manager at B&Q, provided excellent customer service. When I had a complaint about an item I purchased, she addressed it promptly and efficiently. She was patient, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Thank you for your great customer service!

Advised by staff member in store they did timber cutting every day whilst store is open. Returned the next day after phoning but had no answer with measurements to have this cut to find it's only certain hours but no sign / rota available to give us these times or inform customers of this. Tried phoning again to see if timber cutting was open that evening again no answer, rang regional number and they could not get the store to answer them either. Poor service as website also states this is available for the whole of opening hours not good enough that they never can be bothered to answer the phones Had we know this was an issue and no easier done we would have ordered timber to be delivered as uncut would not fit in our vehicle.

I received a brilliant service from Daniel who works in the paint section of B&Q. Choosing a colour to paint my front door wasn't quite as straightforward as I originally thought but he had excellent knowledge and great customer service skills. My door looks great ?

After becoming a regular, I would advise everyone not to go in there with a buggy. After reading the reviews, I am glad I am not the only one that think the staff are appalling. Today was accused of stealing because I picked something up and put back down in a different aisle. I offered to go get the item where I put it down and they said no, I am barred lol lesson learned, don’t use a buggy as a shopping trolly ?. I won’t be returning, I will go to Wickes.

This is my third visit to the store in two days for a carpet cut to size. On all these visit I was told there was only one person who can operate the machine. He was either clocked out or on break. In between waiting for a shop assistant to help me after I had spoken several different b&q staff. I had a member of staff run away from me from what I can only assume is the colour of my skin. When some came after 20 minutes of waiting. The got the my order wrong and over charged me. When I spoke to a manager called Kelly about all this she dismissed all I had to say. And told me I had to come back to the store on Monday. Phone in first and they will sort my refund out. When this was not my fault. This is a horrible experience and don’t wish this on my worst enemy. All members of staff have to be given the adequate training to work including proper customer service. Till then all you might get is being treated less than a human

A really good store but not enough staff. I looked for 5 minutes for a person in the store who could help me and I didn't find anyone. then I found a button where you can press and ask for someone to come help you. I pressed the button but no one came to help me. I waited more than 5 minutes.

Store where you can buy almost everything that you would need for your home.
Flooring,Kitchens,Bathroom,Lighting,Hardware, Electric Tool , Plumbing, Electrical equipment and much more.
Building Yard contains all the construction materials with fair prices.Garden Area Contains Everything that you would need for your garden.
Staff is experienced and helps everyone.
