Ben W was amazing with us today. We went in with no idea where to start with a wedding suit for our destination wedding. He was friendly, helpful and very patient with us. He made very good suggestions to us and additions to think about without being a pushy sales person. He made the whole process simple and enjoyable. Highly recommend him and he’s an asset to the company.

Big shout out to Rabia C who was super helpful when I popped in today. Unfortunately I'll need to custom order online (I have very long arms) otherwise I would have purchased/ordered multiple shirts today.

Why only 4 stars? Please Charles Tyrwhitt, put some chairs in your stores - this disabled shopper (walking stick user, blue badge etc) needs to be able to sit down (preferably in a chair, not on top of one of those little stools that you have in the shop).

My brother and I needed a suit each for a wedding. We had seen some nice Charles Tyrwitt suits we liked in John Lewis for £500 each and went into the Charles Tyrwitt store and found exactly the same suit for £300 each.

Also, the staff were very helpful, attentive and even measured me up to find a perfectly fitting shirt to go with the suit.

A far better experience than in John Lewis, as there we were simply left our own devices.
