This is a small delivery only pharmacy proving covid booster jabs. I went there for a booster jab and had a good overall experience. I was in and out literally 2 mins. Staff is kind and courteous. The pharmacy is located in AMR building and has few free parking spaces.

Got my booster jab here, staff were friendly and efficient, it only took me less than five minutes to get everything done. Can park inside or just park outside on street. All good.

Booked appointments for my wife and I at 1345 and 1350 for today (Sunday 8th). Arrived early and waited in the car. There were a number of other people there as well.
When we went to the pharmacy there was a sign on the door saying 'closed for lunch, reopen 1400'.
There must have been 10 - 12 other people there waiting who all had 1345 5 appointment times.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Needless to say say, didn't wait around and left.
NHS you need to sort this out

To be fair, tha Pharmacy did send an apology and offered to carry out the vaccinations during the week. We accepted and them done on Monday

Cannot fault the way in which I was treated at this establishment. Was seen 15 mins early ( No queue ). Carol the nurse had a lovely demeanour and delivered the covid jab quickly and efficiently. She sympathised with side effects I'd suffered from the flu jab in September and the fact that I wasn't the only one to have had difficulty locating the vaccination building. Retrospectively speaking there should have been bold yellow signs at Sacriston traffic lights to differentiate between the Sacriston pharmacy located in the industrial estate compared with the Boots pharmacy which I had visited in error earlier in the afternoon located next door to the Medical Centre. For those customers not local to Sacriston BEWARE although the staff at Boots pharmacy are equally lovely and obliging , they do not have any vaccine on the premises !!! ( May 2023 )

Again was seen 15 mins early which was great. Met very pleasant , newly qualified pharmacist AISLIN. She listened patiently to the reasons for my immuno - suppressive status ( CKD ).. needed to explain as I'm only 61 and jabs usually for 65+ at present.

Detected she was Irish and she confessed that an immediate family member had a similar history of kidney problems. She was kind , efficient and engaged in sufficient conversation to make me feel at ease before receiving the jab.... Best wishes for the future !

I have been to the Sacriston phamacy to get my booster jab. Staff are friendly and polite. The service is very good and fast.
I highly recommend Sacriston pharmacy for getting your medication (they offer a free delivery service) and vaccination.

I attended today for my vaccine booster. Staff friendly but the waiting room is tiny. Seats no more than 2 feet apart. There were 8 of us inside. More waiting outside. The room where I had vaccination was Just like a large cupboard. After having vaccine I was directed into the pharmacy itself where all the drugs are kept. In my opinion this place is not fit for purpose of giving multiple vaccinations. Not fair to the 2 staff who were seeing to everyone.

Sacriston Pharmacy is a prescription delivery pharmacy who offer covid vaccinations. We had our autumn covid booster jab there. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were in and out really quickly, especially compared to the queues we had at the Arnison vaccination centre last year.

Really impressed with the staff I have numerous problems with my scripts at my doctors. The staff at Sacriston have gone out of there way to sort it out the young lady that sorted my problems yesterday could not have done any more she is polite and very helpful even got it delivered that afternoon by what looked like a senior member of staff as local delivery drivers must have been already out on there rounds ,thanks to all at the pharmacy. .
