We have recently bought suits for my daughters wedding from this company. The suits we have picked are lovely, however the fit is not good.
Father of the brides suit is an inch off his shoulders and this is very noticeable. The jacket also had puckering around where the sleeve meets the shoulder. They were not measured for the suits just given other suit jackets to try for size, however surely different suits are different fits. The manager of the shop was not very forthcoming or approachable, my husband found her quiet abruptly. The jacket was changed as faulted, however for same size, when asked if in her opinion the jacket fit she said yes. I wouldn't recommend.

I recently purchased a tuxedo (blazer and trousers) for a black tie event with work. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of the suit and I even received several compliments on the quality! I would also like to thank Lisa for the great advice and customer service. Last of all, I sadly didn’t get any pictures, but would highly recommend checking them out either through the website or the shop!

Fantastic service when helping organise wedding suits, even better given i went in with no idea and only a few months out from the wedding. Very accommodating to ensure everyone got measured and got to try the suits on before we took them away. The suits are fantastic quality and I can't fault.

After multiple shops with none of the right sizes we came across Mr Grey, and so pleased we did. Amazing service and great experience, Lisa was super helpful and made us feel comfortable and very welcome, we left with a beautiful suit and will definitely go back in the future.

Mr greys

Ordered our suits from here, bear with me on this review but feel it needs to be aired, we went to Mr Greys as the suits looked amazing having seen there adverts and the suits they offered we decided to go with these, the first visit gave me the first bit of doubt having attended a few other weddings in the past we were measured with a tape measure to make sure the sizes were correct.

However at Mr Greys the ladY who seen to me, my best man my son and the ushers etc simply gave us a few random sized jackets and trousers which we though was odd as usually at other tailers they measure to avoid mistakes.

This was the first mistake they made and would be proved further down the line when they eventually arrived.

The suits however arrived extremely late, when I say late we got married on the Tuesday and the suits arrived on the Friday, no big issue as long as they fit, but after getting everyone to get there to try them on it was found the sizes were wrong on the majority of them, some had trousers that didn't fit, some blazers and a few waistcoats, we comaimed about this bit as we had just a few days before wedding my best man, ushers and others had to visit different shops all over the northeast to try to get replacement that would match

This cost more money and stress, after spending a lot of money with Mr Greys, my now wife spoke to the owner who was in bed with a hangover and couldn't help and actually laughed when my partner said we had spend a lot of money and his answer was 'trust me darling you have not'

We have screen shots of facebook messger with a member of there staff being rude and abrupt and at times taking long time to reply

What I would says is Mr Greys have a great branded name but don't let it suck you in, you won't be measured properly, the manager laughs at you days before wedding in bed hungover,
