I called the business when Halfords refused to even look at my ebike as my brake had failed.

He was professional and advised me on possible repairs.

He said he was busy and might take a couple of days but I find busy businesses a good thing as it means there good but he had my bike ready next day working like new and very affordable.

I would 150% recommend this business and will tell other bike users I know

Had a mountain bike with non working rear gears, a well worn rear tyre and in a fairly bad state having sat in the garage for years. Rang up on Friday lunch time, took the bike over an hour later and 2 days later all fixed, bike clean and tyre replaced. Reasonable price for the work done and the service looks to have been very thorough. Our other bike there now having the same treatment.

Can’t recommend Dale highly enough. I bought a 2nd hand MTB that was in as new condition and the ride quality was outstanding. He also does servicing and repairs to a higher standard than the big names and for a lower price.
He’s also a genuine no nonsense kind of fella that you can trust and rely upon. 👍

Great repair, quality service. Dale righted Halfords wrongs for me. Fixed my rear derailleur, indexed my gears and bars now adequately taped on my not quite ready for retirement road bike.
Quick turn around time and at a great price. I cannot recommend highly enough.
