When this arrived the fixing brackets were the wrong configuration. There should be two for the top and one of a different design for the bottom. The pack had one top and two bottom brackets. I contacted the supplier who said they would contact Rointe. Had a message from the supplier to say Rointe were processing a new bracket pack to be sent. Over a week now and nothing has arrived.

Bought 2 x Rointe D-Series heaters. Great product in terms of heating the room and also looks great too (in black), but not 4* as had some issues upon setup as it wasn't made clear the the products would need to be connected to the Rointe servers before they could be synced and this took several hours (overnight). The App to control the products seems pretty good and straightforward to use.

* I’ve uplifted my review to a 5* review as the app has been upgraded and is much improved.

Unfortunately my first heater did not heat up. It was replaced by Rointe immediately and the new one is working perfectly. I now have an excellent airing cupboard.

I have 9 rointe heaters in my well insulated bungalow and they are currently costing over £340 a month to run,having contacted rointe on a number of occasions i am still no closer resolving the issue

I have not had a very positive experience so far with Rointe. I have only just had their heaters installed and one has failed twice already. Their attitude is rather arrogant and the customer certainly isn't 'King'. I've submitted a complaint and at this stage could not recommend these products to anyone else!

Unit stayed in the box for a while because of work being done in the house, it has now been fixed to the wall and in use for a short while and I must say that the capability of the unit to keep the garden room and kitchen area warm is fantastic, can’t believe a small unit can keep such a large area warm.

Fast delivery, EASY to attach to the wall with all the screws and brackets - took less that 5 minutes! the manual is so easy to follow - I wanted to setup a programme so I can set different days and times with different heats and this was the easiest product I have used.

Warm for sure!

Will be purchasing more from them, 1000% would recommend.

Radiator broke and they refused to cover under warranty telling me that i have dried clothes on it (which i hadn't) all based off a photo, customer service is shocking. No blue fibres atall.
