Ordered gold high sheen dripped tubes at nearly twice the price of the standard tubes. Did not fit even though I was assured they would. Colour was not anything like seen on the website, closer to dirty brown than gold. They were dull not high shine. Lee (Leigh see review) does not respond to our phone calls, I wonder why? Steer clear.

Lee phoned this morning. He wouldn't accepted the product was not as pictured on the website and refused a refund. He terminated the phone call.

Very good products, not sure what the negative reviews below are about, nothing but a great service from start to finish! I sent in a old candle for replacement and they measured it and emailed all the details to me and once I ordered they then manufactured to my specifications.

I couldn't wish for a better service.

I bought 4 candle tubes they only sent 2 and when I contacted them to advise the mistake they refused to accept they sent too few, in fact they said they had proof but would not share this and suggested I was trying to con them out of two of their candle tubes which are about £2 each. Worst shopping experience ever!
