After reading mixed reviews, I took the decision to order a high cabin bed for my son (10). His room is very small and the design with wardrobe and desk built in was ideal. The delivery was made after 7 days from ordering which was great, as they had quoted within 15 working days. Delivery was great, the delivery man called day before, and then called on the day to let me know when he would be here.

Whilst waiting for the delivery, I emailed and requested a copy of the assembly instructions and was provided with a copy, for those who had Customer Service issues, I had no issues at all with Customer service. Having the instructions early, helped, as I could familarise myself with the instructions and have everything ready.

Delivery came, and it took approx 4-5 hours to put together. Some say you need a big room to put it together, but I managed in a tiny room. Odd occasions you will need a second person. People have complained about being able to move it into its correct position, but again no issues at all moving it.

Quality seems very good, the base of the bed is made of two large sheets which I was worried may buckle, but seem completely fine. I have given 4 out of 5 starts, as I do not think the drawers are the best quality and do not think these will last long with heavy use. Other then that, very happy and would recommend!

Bought the Cambridge High sleeper. Excellent customer service from the beginning, they called ahead after I ordered as there had been an issue on my end and they wanted to confirm the order details. Received the bed within a week. Later, when I accidentally made a mistake on the build, I received a response to my email within 24 hours.

The bed looks fantastic and went up easily. It's sturdy enough feel safe moving up and down the ladder and I'm an adult woman. Brilliant for kids who need more space!

Have already recommended to several of my friends!

Brilliant bed bought at Easter 4 years ago, still in great condition. Was a game changer for my daughters small bedroom.

Im selling the bed now because she's too tall. But will probably still get a couple hundred for it

Really really happy bought a high sleeper bed for my son. Delivery took about 11 days in total. The price was great and the item looks superb once built pretty easy instructions to follow, the delivery driver contacted me 2 days prior to delivery to confirm a delivery slot.
Overall very happy and my son loves his new bed.

I would just like to share my experience as I had read a few negative reviews on here and I was nearly put off ordering. My son wanted the football lifestyle highsleeper & I had only seen it here. I am so happy I continued with the order. It was delivered within 5days of ordering which was a bonus. The delivery driver was great at keeping me updated & just overall. The bed is fantastic especially for the price you would expect to pay a lot more. The desk isn't that big & the instructions aren't great but it is definitely worth the money. I will be ordering again.

Bought the Cambridge high sleeper for my 13 year old son. Delivered within 5 days. Every piece marked so easy to identify. Pretty straightforward instructions but definitely need 2 people for assembly. Managed to put it together in a very small box room but dont expect to do it in a hurry! Lovely solid bed with a good sized desk, wardrobe, drawers and shelving. Excellent value for money and perfect for a small room.

Where do I start….one of the main structural screws was missing so contacted them to send another, which they said they would, but it never arrived. Contacted them again to re-send, but again screw never arrived, so after a week, gave up and had to buy some at Screwfix. Next issue was that some of the holes had been drilled too large, so screws didn’t fit and I had to drill new holes. Also found various marks/ imperfections on different MDF panels, but TBH, by the time we’d finally managed to put it together, couldn’t be bothered disassembling it to send it back. Certainly won’t be buying from them again.

Amazing service and fantastic quality bed. I ordered the Bourne high sleeper for my daughter. I ordered it on the Sunday and knew from the website it was a 15 day delivery. Imagine my surprise when 4 days later I received a phone call asking if 7am on the Monday was convenient. It was 7 on the dot when the delivery came. I had read a previous review saying the customer wished they had labelled the box which contains the instructions. They had done (shows they respond to customer feedback) and the separate components of the bed were stickered with their letter on. The instructions were clear to follow and in my daughter's very small bedroom the bed is up and looks amazing. She is delighted, and so am I. Thank you so much!
