Received a faulty dehydrator that only circulated room temperature air even though it was supposed to be able to heat up to 70C. Emailed the customer service who said it may be a faulty heating element. As it was within 30 days of receiving the product, I asked for a return and refund, which was agreed by the seller that they would refund within 5 working days of receiving the return. Posted it off DPD tracked and then… nothing.

I chased them up after the 5 working days and after 48 hours of the email, they admitted they’ve received it and has asked their finance arm to refund which should take another 5 working days. And then nothing. I sent another chaser. No reply even after 5 working days since. At this point, they’ve had the returned item nearly a month and still no refund.

In the end, I had to escalate the issue to my credit card company with the string of emails exchanged including where the seller agreed to a refund, admitted they have received the item, the proof of return and signed-for delivery received on tracker.

Terrible customer service and products. I purchased a treadmill a year ago. Within a year the tradmill started malfunctioning and it kept shifting to the sides then it started making noise from the motor and now it’s not rolling at all. I contacted customer service two months ago as it is still within early period, they asked me to send it all the way back to the warehouse and when I asked how to do this, they disappeared. I have been emailing them everyday to arrange collection or get a simple answer or help but no luck they disappeared and not helping at all. I am left with a not functioning treadmill and don’t know what to do.

Purchased an oil press machine which proved to be faulty. They confirmed we will be refunded and after 10 months we are still chasing an answer from them. They never answer phone/ emails. Very poor service and communication.

The 1 star if for their delivery. Appalling customer service. Bought a slow juicer, missing the brush and the juicer was not juicing properly. Informed them, they said it was a cheap one. Fair enough, returned the old one and demanded for a refund. That was where the trouble started. They stopped responding to my email. Thought maybe because of Covid 19 will give them the benefit of doubt. 3 weeks later nothing. So to test if they are working, bought the expensive juicer and it was delivered in 2 days time! Got in touch with them again, still no response for my refund. Luckily, I used PayPal to make payment. I only got my refund back because I used the resolution centre. Hope the new Juicer works well, if not will update this post, if it does, will include another star. In the future, I will stay away completely from them.

The most hopeless company, I've been waiting for more than two weeks for delivery, no one answers the phone, they don't answer emails. Not a serious company!!
