The Manager at Dreams who dismantled and packed the bed did so diligently making sure everything was complete and well protected. The bed is in perfect condition and mattress is super comfortable. I couldn't work out what I was doing when building the bed and had to phone the store a couple of times for help. The store team were friendly, helpful, and patient with me. Thanks for your help and excellent customer service. We will definitely be back for our next bed and mattress purchase."

Excellent service and lovely bed and mattress. Bought an ex display bed and mattress for my son’s bedroom. Lovely store, plenty of parking. Staff left us alone to browse and when we were ready helped all the way to the end off our order. Offering and applying all the deals. Excellent.

Had a very nice experience at the store in Peterborough. Omar was patient, helpful and gave us honest unbiased suggestions. He is very knowledgable and gave us good comparison between the products which helped us make the right choice of mattress.
Overall pleasant experience and smooth buy.

We planned to go to several shops today to look at different mattresses, we started at Dreams, and was greeted by Omar, we didn’t really know what kind of mattress we wanted, but he was extremely helpful and showed us to their mattress machine, then showed us what kind of mattresses would suit us.
He didn’t rush us, or guide us towards the most expensive ones, allowed us to test different ones, and gave us space to discuss with each other what felt the best.
After we chose the mattress, he then offered us a drink, and sat us down and explained the whole ordering process, everything was smooth and explained thoroughly.
Excellent customer service and we never thought of going anywhere else to look.
Would highly recommend Dreams and Omar.

What a pleasant experience. I am usually sceptical of salespeople, because I was one and I know all the 'tricks', but Brandon absolutely smashed it out of the park. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and helped us get the right mattress for us. We would certainly recommend him and Dreams to anyone who asks.

Extremely good service here and unbeatable prices (searched google while in store). Wakas was really funny and helpful and knew a lot about the different mattresses. He even got us a pillow to take around with us so we can get a real feel. Very good experience.

A great professional service and made the decision on which mattress to choose much easier. The salesman that looked after us, Omar, was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgable, and patient. All these things helped us in making our decision on I hope the correct mattress.

Wakas was superb helping us by our new mattress yesterday. He wasn't pushy and he was very helpful and so polite. Good showroom with plenty of options to try out. Would highly recommend.
