James found a great replacement for our broken commercial fridge and they took away the old fridge. Nothing was too much trouble for the delivery team and we had great communication with James throughout. Great company, would definitely recommend!

Well this was a whirlwind experience. A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Previously having never attempted selling my old equipment, I needed help. I contacted Caterquip to see if they could be of assistance. In short; from initial contact to collection, the service was "excellent". Communication was quick and continuous to ensure everything went smoothly. I would definitely use Caterquip in the future and would highly recommend others to do so. A big thank you to Dominic, who pulled this all together for me.

I am never keen to write a negative review due to the potential impact it could lead to, i.e loss of business, bad repuatation etc - however in this case I must share my experience with this company.

Bought some freezers from here, which were faulty to begin with, clearly product testing is very poor and they don't check before sending out. We then managed to arrange a return, which to their credit, they had no issues with us sending this back, however the items were then returned to us after only two days. They were sure it had been re tested and the issue had been solved. When the 2 men came to drop these back off, one guy stated 'our engineer has been working on your freezer for a WEEK and it's sorted' - i then immediately challenged him and told him but we only sent it back two days ago, to which he had NO ANSWER! Clearly this left me with little confidence and i knew this wouldn't have been 'fixed' to the appropriate standard. Also, the way in which this bloke handled the appliances when unloading from the lorry was appalling, unloaded with very little care and thrashed it about like it was a toy! I was not impressed. We also found the body of the freezer had more brusising and dents from when we previously purchased these. After testing the product and leaving the freezer on for a few days, we had noticed the problem had not gone away despite what CaterQuip had told us, after calling to explain, we were firstly dealt with very rudely over the phone, i couldn't believe how aggressively and bluntly we were spoken to and secondly told the product is now out of warranty and they won't do nothing. Called a local engineer to seek some advice and ask his opinion, he also advised us the problem is still there unlike what we were told by the company.

They turn into different people after they have your money and are not interested in helping or offering any solutions once any problems occur. Offered no advice and showed zero customer service skills. Initially was interested in doing repeat business with this company for future dealings but they've left a distasteful feeling, if a business is comfortable in treating customers in such a manner then that says it all. In all honesty they could've handled it much better and showed some care but no problem, I'm willing to take a hit and pay a local engineer the cost to repair it, it's ended up costing me more but for the sake of a few extra £££, it has cost CaterQuip a customer.

'Why buy new' they say, because it'll save you money, time and problems in the long run. That's why.

How have you accused me of leaving you a fake review? Do you honestly think I would go into SO much detail about your company/service for no reason? I can assure this is from a genuine experience. The only thing fake are the consecutive amount of "good reviews" left on your account just after my review was left, hmm how convenient and not suspicious at all? You must have alot of family and friends. Also, your site where your stock is kept looks like a scrapyard and not very pleasing to the eye.

Second time purchasing a Rational oven from Caterquip. Couldn't fault the service. Quick to return any calls or emails. Deliver to a specific date. Equipment serviced to a very high spec. Definitely use again.

I had rather a shakey start with this company (hence the 4 stars rather than 5) to say the least. The product I ordered was not in stock, a replacement was sent and there was a mis-understanding and then a delay of a refund. Everybody I spoke to was actually very friendly during this time but didn't sort out what I needed sorting! However, after a small amount of time and a grumpy review rant, the big boss got in touch. He'd not known about this issue at all, (having been away) and once made aware he placed a super charming phone call (he seems like a really nice bloke!) and promptly refunded the amount I was expecting. Needless to say, this made me happy. The product I have does the job and is well worth what I paid for it. I highly recommend this company for their customer service, friendly approach and effort made to sort out a possibly horrible situation. I really would order from them again too!

Paul's personal service and attention to detail is what keeps me returning. Only owning one premises means I am a small insignificant customer but Caterquip and Paul find the time to understand the right level of product for my business's needs. Explanations of the brand and product differences are detailed allowing me to make an informed decision. If the right option is not available, I am advised to go elsewhere or if I can, wait for a week as something more appropriate is coming in, such is the willingness to fit the right product to the customer (as happened with a Fryer this week). I have bought ovens, chest freezer and fridges with no issues with delivery or condition. The only point would be that the website is not always up to date, so I would always urge someone to ring up if what they might be after does not seem to be available. Thank you for your support.
