Gave my laptop to repair 3 weeks ago. In the beginning there was a problem with a cover and Nathan told me that it can be easily fixed in one day without touching the screen.
In general the laptop was working super nice. It’s only 2 y.o.

The result is: i’ve got my laptop back in a destroyed terrible condition(you can see below photos before/after) almost in 3 weeks with not working screen at all, with scratched cover and I can’t work on it now at all!

The time agreement was completely violated because in the beginning i asked for my laptop to be repaired till a particular date.
And when i asked to take my laptop back, Nathan told me that the screen is ultra dim and it’s impossible to work on it.. Because the thing is, the laptop was working completely okay just apart of the broken cover.

So naturally I didn't pay anything. I’ve never wanted to say such words. But I wasted three weeks of my life and lots of nerves. Now i need to spend super big money for fixing this ‘repair’ or to buy a new one which is x2-x3 times more expensive. Because I urgently need another one as my studying’ve already started.

Of course, nobody paid me a compensation for a damaged property so all that i can is to leave a review and protect people from possible future problems with Nathan!

Nathan was a saviour because I needed to fix my broken phone in a day as I had to travel abroad. Worst thing to happen these days is your smart phone breaks 2 days before travel. I checked everywhere and nobody was willing to fix the phone the next day. Nathan was realistic, he checked the availability of screen etc and promptly got back to me. He fixed the screen and delivered at the time he committed. As the time wasn't enough for the glue to dry properly, he explained to me on the care I needed to take before I could use the phone. The phone is working fine as new again and all this was done at a reasonable price, no taking advantage of the urgency!! I am pretty sure others would have charged more even in normal circumstances. Highly recommended. Thank you again!

saw a couple of recommendations on Nexr Door so took my old iPhone 11 Pro with water damage along for repair . Nathan immediately knew the problem and surprisingly it meant a new screen. also had a new battery fitted for a very reasonable price . a happy customer !
