This was my first visit to SpaceNK, and I usually find cosmetics stores intimidating. You can feel sometimes that those who work there make a quick assessment as to whether you are worth their time and attention. However, Kirsty made my experience enjoyable. She initially helped me over the phone and then matched me in-store with a clean brand and two PERFECT concealer shades that suited my skin tone and specific requests.

Kirsty listened to my needs and made me feel relaxed without any pressure to buy immediately. I was so happy with the care she took. I later purchased the concealers from SpaceNK and have worn them every day since—they last all day, don’t crease, and are worth the money.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I wanted to thank her for making the trip to Stamford worthwhile! I also appreciate the young blonde lady who assisted me with the Ilya brand; she was warm and welcoming too.

My go to SpaceNK. Staff always so amazingly polite and give the best recommendations especially for skincare. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From my own experience, Louisa and Lucy have been the most helpful since I always have a lot of questions about the products.

The staff in this store seriously need training in customer service. Every time I go to this store, I am always met with the rudest, most arrogant and derogatory staff. Even though I always buy goods from this store. I'm not sure if they are racist or they are simply lacking the skills required to do their jobs. Please avoid if you can.

I don't know about the bad reviews, I've been in this shop twice, and once with my friend who is a hijabi girl. The tall woman who has gothic kind of vampire style helped us. She was very nice and polite. She ran around the shop to find the best colour for me and gave fantastic recommendations. But yes, it's pricy, just like any good cosmetics.

If you know what you're looking for it's easy to manoeuvre, otherwise the shelves aren't very clear as to what's where..

I entered the store hoping to receive some level of customer service, but I was given a nasty glance from the dolled up blonde worker. I wear a hijab so I could see her attitude was blatantly racist. She did not serve me after telling me she would, she helped another customer and avoided me on the till for 10 mins, even when I tried to smile at her, she rudely stared at me. Another colleague kindly helped me , and she decided to come back off the till at that point to show her blatant discrimination. I was sickened by her attitude. Honestly Ive been to the London stores where you get the best experience, so I wouldn't recommend even entering this store to experience such a shallow woman. Not worth the visit.

Regular Shopper at SpaceNK Stamford - and I always find the staff are extremely helpful and clued up on all the products I came in today with lots of questions and left with all the knowledge I needed and some great new products !! 😃

I was greeted by this lady in the store with a really nice attitude towards helping me find the right coverage for my skin tone. I don’t think I got her name, but she helped me with the tinted moisturisers, blush, bronzer and what brushes to use with which product. Writing down the products and shades really helped too. We didn’t have time to go back and buy the products that were used, but we will definitely buy online. Thank you so much. ❤️
