Would leave 0 stars if I could. My mum has just returned home crying after visiting this store. She usually deals with Kim who is lovely but today unfortunately had the rude man who works there. He body shamed her & tried to refuse an exchange even though my mum had £100 of extra clothing she wanted to purchase. Absolutely vile & from what I’ve heard this isn’t the first time this has happened to people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Businesses like this don’t deserve to be on such busy high roads honestly. What a shame as we have been such regular customers.
