Since the management changed, both the shop and the post office have improved so much—it’s like a whole new place! The store is cleaner, better stocked, and the prices are great. The new staff are super friendly and always happy to help. The post office runs much smoother now, with quicker service that makes a big difference and can tell the new management really cares about the community, and it shows in every little change. Thanks Great Witley post office and the NSK shop. You guys made my day!

The Post Office and shop are now under new ownership and the staff could not be nicer. The layout of the interior has changed and is much better. It is now open for longer hours, is well stocked and has affordable prices. A much improved asset for Great Witley and surrounding areas. 🥰

Since I wrote this review the shop and post office have changed hands. The post office now opens proper hours and the shop opens early morning and closes in the evening. The people now running the business are lovely and happy to help.

Turned up at 11:50 on Saturday to Post a package, only to be told the Post Office closes at 11:00 on a Saturday! Totally ridiculous, most Post Offices open on a Saturday until at least 12:00 / 12:30. Would have likely bought something in the shop too, but no and I won't be going back! Their website state the shop is open until 1pm, no mention that the Post office closes sooner. Idiots! 😠😡

It's a handy place to withdraw cash from my HSBC account since the gready hongkong and shanghai banking corporation closed all the branches I used to use and offered zero customer service .Great Witley post office in contrast offers great customer service and a great range of goods for sale
