Glow shines brightly as an example of an independent boutique in the heart of Totnes that gets it right.

The high street based shop has an impressive choice of affordable clothing, footwear and accessories (but not too many - so you avoid overwhelm).

It's v. reasonably priced for the quality too, I was nicely surprised.

I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes from Emilie, the store owner, and her cute shop pooch, Tilly the jug.

Emilie generously provided style and colour advice too.

Altogether a lovely shopping experience.

My favourite shop in Totnes! Emilie is very friendly and knowledgeable and was spot on in helping me decide which colours suited me and which accessories would work with which outfit. The shop is stylish with a very relaxed vibe and it is a pleasure to wander around and take your time without feeling pressurised in any way. 5 stars from me and always the first place I visit when shopping in Totnes!

Such a beautiful boutique that’s well worth visiting the next time you’re in Totnes, or even make a special trip for it to treat yourself, and let the owner Emily help select some really flattering pieces for you to give your wardrobe a boost for the New Year! This shop has such a nice relaxed feel, and love that there’s a little dog called Tilly who often can be found sitting in the window too 🙂 x

Fabulous little Independent Boutique in the heart of Totnes high street.
I first called in after the owner posted a little video on Facebook which was brilliant. I call in now about once a month and have always found something.
No pressure to buy but advice if needed.
