What a fantastic company to have worked with!
I needed a t-shirt on a colour that was out of stock, made within 2 working days.
Jack guided me through exactly what size images I needed and the file type to be sent over on.
Communication was outstanding.
They even provided me with a few options so I could see my designs before they went to print.
Also double checking the QR code.
Very reasonably priced, cheaper than main providers and more variety in colour and style t-shirts.

Thoroughly recommend.

So happy with my item! I’ve ordered a gilet with front and back embroidery fairly last minute. After a quick communication with Georgia, she made suggestions to do a few changes on the logo/size to make it look better. The gilet has such a good quality and I’m so happy that I didn’t look further for a cheaper option. Highly recommend!!!

Used this place recently for my daughters uniform polo top jade green colour as her school was taking months to order her one in of a bigger size. And I spoke with Georgia who gave the BEST Customer service I've ever had. Polite, friendly, well spoken, good advice, offered to take pics of different sizes and email me so I could see the difference, calm, understanding and patient. And I only waited a week for collection. Price was brilliant and polo top fitted perfectly.. I would highly recommend this place and I currently am to other mums. Have used Personalise several times: excellent fast service, good artistic work and very reasonable. We have purchased items from the store itself - baby gifts, soft toys, clothing etc, which we have then had embroidered. We have also taken our own items to the shop where they have personalised them to order. Makes a present even more special when personalised with name, date, occasion - whatever is appropriate. Terrific service.
