If you don’t want to do the parcels anymore - stop doing them? Every time I’ve ever been to collect or post a parcel the staff are verging on rude and passive aggressive, visibly disgruntled and unhappy about having to do the service or go out the back to get a parcel. I always try and send and receive parcels from Premier in New Barns now where they are really friendly and polite. The staff here have a serious attitude problem.

Never seen such bad customer service, i belive her name was Allison, she was so unbelievably rude to be and my two sisters being so hostile and practically throwing our change at us. Unbelievable.

Very convenient store. Small but packed with the little essentials. It's not really a place to carry out your main shop, but it will get you through. It has an Evri parcel drop off point which is very useful. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

Refused to take Evri parcels twice in the last two weeks. Apparently they have 'too many parcels'. I would have thought that is kind of what you are meant to be doing if you are parcel drop off point. Absolutely pointless.

Staff is also very unhelpful. Would look at you struggled to push a big parcel onto the counter and then unwillingly tell you that actually they are not taking in any parcel anyway. Disgusted.

If you don't want to be taking in parcels, don't be a drop off point. End of.

This place is so hit and miss! I live round the corner and often pop in and have been served by a lovely young lad before- really friendly and courteous and there have been several others, but have now just been accused of stealing wine in this shop in a really unprofessional way! I had already been shopping in Select down the road but they didn’t have everything i needed so popped here, the girl that served me had a face like a smacked proverbial and barely said hello and then stopped me to say i hadn’t paid for the wine which i had already had before i entered the shop, could have easily been rectified if she hadn’t have had the attitude and had offered me a apology but no! Such a shame! Some basic staff training please on professionalism and customer service would be nice!

Staff obviously under pressure. Had a query got told "I forgot I'm under pressure!! Then when tried to explain and obviously not able to answer got told to do one! Lol Couldn't make it up. Really think One Stop should invest in training their staff

Not impressed with service. Polite when finally served but waited patiently to the get to the till for the assistant to walk off to do a deliveroo order first over customers that can be bothered to get off their backside.
