Most pleasant place to have lunch. Food was excellent, very fresh and tasty. We stuffed ourselves with the dish of shrimp and chips, which comes with salad. More than enough to satisfy ourselves at lunchtime. Highly recommend.

Really lovely place, decorated beautifully throughout. Staff really friendly and the food was great especially for the price - everything in the picture came to less than £25.

A lovely little cafe, with good service. Went there for breakfast, food was just okay. Beans were warm (not hot), hashbrowns soggy (although they were replaced on request), and sausages not very tasteful. For the price it wasnt tge quality one would expect

Proper dog friendly country style tea room, situated in a lovely, quirky market town.
Drinks & cake after a lovely walk in local Hembury Woods. Served by friendly attentive staff. All ingredients were homemade, fresh & tasty. Certainly worth a visit .........

What an absolutely wonderful experience at the Singing Kettle. We came here a few years ago for coffee and teas and loved the experience. The back garden is a lovely place to sit. Glad we came back for food this time as we weren’t disappointed. The burger was one of the most tasty and juicy I’ve ever had. My partner loved her tuna mayo jacket potato and the scones were delicious. The service is top notch, very friendly and efficient. Will definitely return next time we’re in Devon.

This was a sweet little place with only a few tables but as it was quiet we were lucky to get one. We only wanted a snack so ordered a cheese scone which was delicious, when it eventually arrived. Staff were really lovely but service was a little slow. In future, I will always ask for my drink to be brought with my food. Lesson learned. Big plus, the dog was allowed in.

Excellent tea room and restaurant. Really good food and deserts. If you like crumble, they do rhubarb and orange or pear and ginger.
Attentive and helpful staff.

Interia was clean and tidy, we were welcomed in politely. The Tea was presented in a nice matching china set. Ham Egg and Chips, were OK, however the chips were a bit overcooked. The Ploughman's was lacking pickles (such as picked onion, gerkin), and the two packet ham slices were a bit underwhelming for a Ploughman's.
