I've been a customer for most of this century and have never had anything but excellent service and quality products. You get what you pay for, too. I've got shirts and trousers - worn regularly - that I've had for many years, and they still look as good as new!

I have recently started flyfishing but have known about Orvis since I was a teenager. The service I have received to date and the quality of the products I have bought have been no less than 100%. It is refreshing to come across a company that really cares and looks after its customers.

REALLY. really. Disappointed 2 rods. have been sent back in 2 years and now awaiting for the third rod to. return from head office its been. OVER. 3 WEEKS To come back so far telephoned. shop. 3 times they could not. find any reason why it took so long to come. back only. that staff shortage was the problem after paying over £100 .00. for returns its a. disgrace not a. customer service. expected from. ORVIS don't. promise what you cannot. deliver.
