Always a parking space, shops never overcrowded so you get a chance to browse and shop properly. Good selection of shops, 2 Costas, Greg's, and a gym to work off those sausage rolls.

Parking stalls are too narrow, but this is a good retail park with stores that Maldon was in dire need of. Very handy to pop to Gregg's, Costa, Aldi and Next in one go!

Good selection of shops/amenities here which is great for local people. Don’t understand the need for two Costa Coffee’s - one in Next and the other a standalone but apart from that the shops are quite varied.

Good place for Aldi and Home Bargains. Also a Next and a shoe shop and a sport shop. There is a Card Factory here too. In the space of a 100 yards you can choose from two different Costa coffee shops. Pure Gym is located here as well. Plenty of parking with a three hour max stay. 10/6/24 - Aldi now have self service tills. Everything else is still the same. Great retail park.
