Been using the Chelmsford branch for years and they've been great.. now the witham branch is more convenient I've started using that.
I know account customers get priority, but the 3 times I've been in this branch I've stood there twiddling my thumbs whilst the staff chat away to each other and serve you when they can be bothered.

Always great answering the phone, with reliable efficient parts enquires and knowledge staff, most parts are on the shelf to collect the same day and if not they will be ordered in swiftly with a follow up phone call, my only two gripes is if your just a normal retail customer without a “trade account” you won’t reap the best deal, but it’s normally always far cheaper than main dealers!.

I went in to motex witham yesterday the gentleman that served me was very helpful, knowledgeable and very polite he was correct in the information he said was wrong with my car didn't try to oversell something I wouldn't need would highly recommend going there for any motoring needs

I Walked in and stood at counter, 2 staff looked at me and didn't say a word, they both carried on chatting to eachother then walked off,so I stood at the till waiting whilst they both looked at me through the glass and they were chatting away and no one else came out,then as they saw me going to leave they tried to shout alright mate as I was outside the door,poor service,no other customers in the shop.

Not the most helpful staff on the front counter. Purchased a litre of oil to have the guy be sarcastic about price comparisons. Cheaper elsewhere by 30%
