Staff always helpful and efficient. They helped me negotiate through the jungle of selecting the correct roof rack for my car. I recommend that if your on-line enquiries fail to satisfy; go to your local branch (in my case Wisbech) and they will sort things out for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Well done Wisbech Halfords!!!!!

Extremely pushy sales staff on the till. On one particular occasion a while back, they tried to sell me kit that I didn't even need, by being deliberately misleading about the price, I had to ask several times for the actual price in order to establish what the so called 'great offer' was - a saving of £2! One of the chaps on the till is incredibly cocky and arrogant. I only go to this store because they closed the one in March, otherwise I would avoid it entirely if I could. I don't enjoy being harassed and patronised into buying things. Having said that, the technicians that have worked on my car (several times) are always really friendly and helpful.

I was so very impressed when I popped into Halfords on Tuesday 29.04.2025.I had a problem with my dashcam. I explained to the two gentlemen and one came out to have a look. He checked it, spoke to his colleague and returned with a pad to secure it. He was so polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I cannot thank him and his colleague enough. Wonderful service!!!!!

Easy ordering but they didn't let me know my order had arrived on schedule. Tried to contact but no way to get an answer so went to store to find they had been delivered to store the previous day. Lost half a day waiting for parts that they had.

Halfords black Friday deals persuaded me into getting the 6 draw tool cabinet I have been deliberating over for too long. A great price and the staff at Wisbech store are great. I have been there a few times and this time one of the members of staff helped me to lift the cabinet into my car. It was very much appreciated and I would recommend the store and staff even if you have to travel a little way like I do.

Apparently there “WeFit Service” isn’t capable of changing a light bulb because the car is too old being a 12 plate
Proceeded to sell me the completely wrong bulb so when doing it myself had to then walk to a proper garage for the correct one

On another note the manager I requested to speak to about it when returning the bulb absolutely stunk

Won’t be going there again…
