Carmine the owner is a top man. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and has second to none customer care. He is an expert guitar technician and does not over charge. He has a good stock of new and used guitars to try out. No one does it better than Carmine. I have bought a Zet strat and Ibanez bass, Orange amp and Blackstar 40w amp for my grandson and a Tanglewood Parlor for me and enjoy hanging out in his wonderful shop as often as possible.

It was the most fantastic experience I have ever had in a shop, I'm only just a few days into learning the electric guitar so had lots of questions to ask. The gentleman had all the answers and helped me select a few nice additions for me but made me feel at complete ease with how things should be and future plans for playing.

Went over for a look and see! Then obviously we bought a guitar 🎸
Very nice proprietor, and he certainly knew his stuff. Time was no issue, and we were able to try a few guitars, and he demonstrated some of the amps and electric gadgetry.

Recently moved into the area & had a problem with my mixer at a Recent gig so I thought I'd try my now local music shop & carmine was so understanding & helpful to me & decided to buy a new one due to the old one was shot. he gave me the time to demonstrate it. Today, I went back to this lovely shop
To buy my 12 string Tanglewood guitar
and a Blackstar fly 3 amplifier.

Once to buy a tenor ukulele ( tanglewood ) and again yesterday 2/12/2024 to buy a lovely old accoustic guitar, ( valencia ) both sound great. Thank you for all of your help and advice.

Great place to buy instruments followed by an owner who is knowledgeable helpful without any pressure Also a place to chill out and chat to anyone who is either there or cones I n who could be just off the street to an accomplished well known superstar .Great range of new and second hand instruments where Karman who has great knowledge will help you through and give lessons as well come and enjoy the experience of a wonderful experience in a street you would not know this ship existed

What an absolute gem of a place. Carmine is a real pleasure to deal with and clearly very experienced. I had an issue with my bass which he sorted in no time. A proper music store experience. My new go-to place.
