Sold me a car that was unroadworthy and not fit for purpose then refused to accept a return. Legal Action pending.

When i viewed the vehicle all 4 wheels were scrap. They offered to have them refurbished but just painted the faces. A sharp edge was left on one wheel wich cut into the tyre causing a puncture. When i took the car for a new tyre it was discovered that the wheel had been cracked and welded twice before, was now cracked in a third place and was bent in several places. Being a dangerous defect and MOT failure ths garage wouldnt allow the car to be collected.

I sent multiple emails requesting a return as it had only been 3 or 4 DAYS since purchase but i was met with ignorance, stupidity, naivity and rudeness.

Legal action being persued as the pufchase is covered by consumer rights. These theives owe me £7500 of my hard earned money. Absolute scumbags and scammers.

Dodgy cars, hidden faults and dishonesty. STAY AWAY.

Good quality vehicle selection, very good service. Not pushed into buying our car, apologies for the car not being on site and explained why it turned out that when Adam started the car the alternator light was on so car sent to have new alternator fitted. Which is exactly what happened. Good communication at every point, very friendly, very helpful, extremely pleasant guys, gave good trade exchange for our 17 year old car. We would recommend Car Nation to anyone. Very patient with problems due to our personal reg plates. Just to say thank you, and we love our VW

I bought my Mercedes Cls 350 which was in an immaculate condition. I although needed to return back to the garage a few months later due to an engine management light. It turns out there was a split in a boost pipe. Working for the NHS as a doctor it was crucial that I needed a car whilst they repaired my car. They arranged a courtesy car for me on the day and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with their service.
