Great service from a lovely trader. The place is spotless and every car on the lot was presented to a high standard. Easy no fuss deal that was worth the 200 mile round trip!. First time I’ve ever had the uncover your new can in the showroom experience. The team really go all out for an unforgettable experience.

I helped my son buy a car from Paragon Motors, it was a 2017 Kia Sportage, lovely car in red, Sam looked after us through the whole process which was superb, we test drove the car for about 25 minutes, when we collected the car it had been serviced, MOT'd and valeted as you'd expect but it was also covered, my son removed the cover to reveal the car, how many car companies do this, first class service all round.
I have to say it was well worth the 180 mile round trip (twice) to buy this car, i would definitely recommend Paragon to anyone looking to buy a car.

I had such an amazing experience from Paragon Motor Company purchasing my first estate car. Paul and Ben were both very accommodating and were excellent at listening to my specifications and finding me the best vehicle for my lifestyle. Both extremely polite and very knowledgeable.
On collection of my car I received more amazing customer service, a gift box, and saved the very best until last I got to unveil my new under the red fabric which added to the whole experience!
No issue was too big, no question was too difficult.
I would have no hesitations to go to Paragon again and again for future purchases, and wouldn't think twice about recommending them to others!

We went to Paragon a few weeks ago now and we haven't had no trouble at all with our new car. The process from start to finish was amazing, very quick and professional. Sam was amazing and so quick in replying to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend Sam and Paragon to anyone who's thinking or looking to purchase a car. The thank you box of goodies was a very nice touch, one that we didn't expect. They really do think about the customers. Also the added suprise at the end was brilliant. From the very point we sent an enquiry across from seeing an Ebay add for the exact car we were looking for. AParagon Motor's and in particular Sam and Ben could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We live nearly 200 miles away so wanted to make sure everything was just right before committing to visiting for a test drive. Sam was quick with responses and communication via whats app and provided us with answers to all our questions and detailed videos. When we arrived for a test drive on a Sunday and Ben was the only member of staff on but still took us out for a thorough test drive to allow us to experience all different aspects of driving the car. We decided to purchase and due to distance we had a lot of communication which was always responded to quickly. They would have been more than happy to arrange a delivery of the car but we decided to make a weekend of it this time and mix getting the car with a trip to beautiful sunny Norfolk, it has already experienced its first car picnic! So glad we did this as collecting in person Paragon Motors made the whole experience very special for us and the kids. Thank you so much to Sam and Ben and the rest of the team who prepared the car. We wouldn't hesitate to return for another car in future from them despite the distance!

We went to Paragon just to test drive a newer Focus which was probably a little bit more expensive than we had originally planned. However, we were so impressed with how Ben, Sam and the rest of the team dealt with our enquiry that not only did we end up buying the Focus from them, we also found a suitable “second” vehicle (in the shape of a Mondeo estate) which we bought from them as well! I really cannot recommend them enough; patient, well-organised and knowledgeable.

I Honestly can not fault paragon for the service Ben gave us in buying our new car it’s the easiest process iv ever had from start to finish. From Taking both our old cars in sorting out everything for us it was a pleasure no stress or worries no pressure to buy or push anything on you can not praise then enough and lovely touch with the car reveal and goodies welcome pack and flowers for other half on picking up our new car Ben is a credit to the company i can’t thank you enough superb service 👌🏽
