I was very pleased with the reception staff, who truly went above and beyond to assist us, particularly a gentleman named Connor and a lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch.

We stayed in an adapted room that’s part of a trial for the premier plus category, and I must say it exceeded my expectations; it's definitely worth considering.

Additionally, the breakfast was delightful, with dishes cooked to order, which added a nice touch to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for accommodation in Warrington.

Fabulous place. Randomly recommended by ChatGTP and WOW! The rooms are huge and the decor is fantastic. Super tasteful, clean and well maintained. The staff are super helpful. The breakfast has a great choice. Kids eat free and you can order tons of items as part of their cooked breakfast. There's a free car park and you can walk to Nando's, Pizza Hut etc. Will definitely stay there again.

Premier inn is always reliable and this was no exception. Staff friendly at check in and room comfortable and clean. The only downside is the turning in is easy to miss so keep a close eye on satnav if not local to the area.

Service I don't really have any need for so I can't rate something I didn't use or need.
Bed was comfortable but the room was configured in a very odd way. There was a weird sofa bed thing in the corner of the room that obstructed the chair from getting out from under the desk so you couldn't actually use the chair or the desk.
The room was boiling hot, the air conditioning didn't work and the window barely opened.
The smoke detector kept flashing which kept me up both nights I was there.
There were other guests running around and screaming in the corridor until around midnight on both nights.
Didn't actually sleep the whole time I was there.

Excellent Premier Inn hotel with a great room, a comfy bed and good shower. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast nice as always in a tastefully decorated dining area. Good location in city with a decent amount of parking available. One of the best I’ve stayed in.

Stayed for one night. Hotel was very clean. Staff were plesent and helpful. Breakfast was extremly well catered for and cooked to order. If you have a large appetite you will be very pleased!

Parking was good, with plenty of spaces and also secure.
Toby Carvery just next door.
Pizza Hut and various other restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here for a night with my partner. Hotel is on quite a busy road and it’s very easy to miss the cut off for it.||However itself was really welcoming and reception staff were really nice. We got the premier plus room which was great. Fridge, waterfall shower, usb charging ports, led lighting and more. Only downside was the light on vanity lights wasn’t working and there was a lot of noise at night every so often, sounded like a dirt bike on a pathway behind the hotel.||It has a large car park and isn’t far from the main town centre. Lots of taxi options in the area aswell.

I regularly stay in Premier Inn, however this particular one for me was a poor stay. We stayed in a premier plus room. The TV kept turning on & off. We had no sound at all to the TV. The shower had very strong pressure however was quite a narrow space so this made it difficult to wash. The bathroom & towels also had a funny smell.
