Especially Jen and Hannah c ( as on the receipt) Hannah was amazing at fitting my daughters shoes 😃. Listened to what I wanted in a school shoe. Chatty and friendly with my daughter. Really lovely exspreance 😃

On the day of buying the 2 pairs of school shoes at the beginning of September they was good. Even explained that even if their feet grew within a certain time they will replace them, which seems amazing. Only when the velcro on one of the shoes by the end of February broke, clearly faulty. I called up an explained the situation, the lady quite sternly said that only if it is within 6 months of the date they was bought (it was that exact date) she said nothing can be done. Even if it was within 6 months she said only if your daughters feet havnt grown would we replace them anyway. So even though they are faulty they wouldn't change them. I find that really disappointing as I thought Clarks are made to last. But it seems they are only built to last for 6 months an only if your kids feet don't grow.

Took grandchild for first measurement and shoes, only to be met by a very abrupt assistant who didn't give any advice or offer to show any appropriate shoes. Very disappointing service and not what I've grown to expect from Clarks from past experience.

I don’t know the employees name, she was on shift with store manger Jen at around 12pm on 4 November 24.

She was so politely, and extremely helpful. Did her best to help me find shoes that fit.

It's been hard work getting shoes during the lockdown let down by other shops. Hannah in store here saved the day measuring our son properly dealing with a 2 yr old who not only can't stay still but she remained calm, friendly kept the little one reassured and sorted a great deal for us on shoes. Thank you Hannah hope your career takes you places you deserve to go, your people skills and customer service are top notch

Lady who served us was lovely. Nice and empty since schools just gone back. Lovely shoes but stock level isn't great - plus, it's expensive, so you don't want to buy 'what's in stock' when laying out 30+ for a 3 year old's Velcro trainers.

The one star just for the shoes.The staff does not deserve a single star. When we've been in the shop none of the assistants were helpful several times. Finally they sent a young girl with lack of experience, who couldn't answer any of my questions.Ordered a pair of shoes to the store, because in a shoe shop they don't have sizes; been told it's gonna be here in 4 days. It's over a week now and they just don't even know where is.my order and blaming Royal Mail. I walk to the shop to ask again for any update, then asking for refund, what they refused, saying the shoes are not here. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Then of course they said I was rude and in the future they are not gonna serve me. Ohhh wow well done, thank you. Don't worry, won't go there even if they pay for it.
Hope i can claim back my money.

I do enjoy looking through the shoes in this shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Admittedly my recent visit was not so good as not one design I saw was worthy of my wanting to purchase. Furthermore, pricing seems to have increased.

High pricing for shoes, that may well be better quality than the norm, but shoes that are nevertheless made in India and Vietnam, are not worth Gbp 100 in the high street.
I do appreciate that the parent company has recently decided to bring back production to the UK, however do no't expect cheaper shoes at the same design level.
The best shoe ever sold by this company was the Unstructured 1825 - unfortunately I can't find this even online.
