I had Wren replace my kitchen a couple of months ago, they mis-measured the ceiling drop under the stairs and their fitter didnt catch it either, which means the design no longer fits. The sales staff pushed it off to aftercare and the support team refused to even aknowledge the issue. Im now left with a half finished kitchen and in the process of doing a chargeback with the bank. All i wanted is for them to come up with a similar design that fits and book in a fitter to resolve the ounstanding issues.

After wanting a new kitchen for a while... and affordability was an issue... Wren wasn't high up on my list, as I always thought that they were too expensive for my budget.
How wrong I was, I called into the Warrington store as there was a sale on, still thinking that they would be out of my range but to my delight my perfect kitchen was VERY affordable!
The staff are extremely helpful.... asked me my budget and designed my perfect kitchen to within budget and also price matched some appliances..... I highly recommend Wren.

We had shopped around looking for a new kitchen. Nothing jumped out at us, product wise or service wise. That all changed when we went to the Wren showroom at Warrington. We were genuinely spoilt for choice. We finally selected the kitchen that we wanted, and the Wren designer set about designing it for us. Nothing was too much trouble, we were allowed to change things until it was exactly what we wanted. It was soon delivery day, the guys turned up when they said they would, and treated our home with care and respect, putting everything where we asked them too. The kitchen cabinets are of a very high quality, much better than others that we looked at. Thank you so much Wren Kitchens. We are extremely happy with our kitchen and the service that we received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to friends and family. Thanks again.

Wrong colour/style delivered.
No ownership of the problem by store. Told to contact customer service @1830 on a Friday. (Don't open again till Monday morning)
Yes no weekend customer service for a very expensive kitchen.
Been told a story for like for like. When we asked for a specific grain not Matt.

Made my wife out to be a lair and passed the buck onto customer service is the process here if there are issues with with your kitchen. So please think before you buy.
I get people get things wrong but take ownership when it happens! Do not pass ot to customer care..
Otherwise... Store immaculate, staff are friendly and kitchen was well packed and delivery staff were excellent.

Wren are poor quality build, the faces peel of and since I've taken to social media found 100's of people with the same issue. I've had to pay a separate company to come and fix their issues. I will never go away till I see my money back for the cost of repair

We had our dream kitchen brought to life by Jacob, he was super friendly and excellent at his job, he made us feel very welcome and looked after us. Jacob was also very helpful and supportive with our choices and offered myself and my partner the best experience we could have, absolutely fantastic service especially Jacob's cuatomer service and the design of our kitchen

We purchased our kitchen from Warrington store, Dan Hulse was excellent, really pleased with design and quality. We had our own fitters but everything came on time. A couple of small defects to supplied kit but replaced straight away. After service was just as good as when ordering. Highly recommend (big thank you to Dan for all his patience and understanding)

Avoid this kitchen store!

When you come to store you will be surprised how it is

Better to buy in IKEA. You will have damaged items where will replace with another unit damaged in another place but obviously has been replaced as "new ".

Edit: Why is on Trust pilot? I haven't left comments on Trust pilot anyway it is no reply there so very bad service.
