After wanting to get back into kayaking after a long sabbatical and hours of searching reviews I finally narrowed it down to 3 boats talked to the guys at Manchester canoes and after their expert advice decided on the riot edge 15 . Knowledgeable friendly staff super helpful couldn't be happier. When I got it out on the water it was everything they promised thank you so much.

I put a deposit down on a kayak then changed my mind and paid for another kayak outright, then I gave it some thought and decided on a proper boat. They refunded my money and totally understood my needing a more stable platform for fishing. They were helpful all the way even though I felt I messed them around slightly. My boat now is exactly what I wanted and needed so got there in the end. Thanks for all your help

We ordered a fleet of rental sit-on top kayaks from Manchester Canoes and some of them had to be shipped to the UK to complete the order. The service and communication was spot on from start to finish and Jim delivered them all to our business address in good time and with no hassle at all. A brilliant service and highly recommended

We visited Manchester Canoes on a Saturday lunchtime and were really impressed. They had a huge range of canoes and kayaks, both solid and inflatable. Gary was very helpful and thorough and took the time to talk me and my friend through all the options of both solid and inflatable kayaks. He was more than happy for us to get in and have a sit to see how the kayak felt. I was really impressed with the range of options and sizes of PFDs available in store. They had a good selection of dry suits and other kit as well and Gary let us know that as part of a nationwide group of suppliers they can order in anything they don't have already. I highly recommend Manchester Canoes and will be returning. It's in an odd location but it works once you're in there!

Second visit to MC following recent purchase of an inflatable kayak this time having difficulty with inflation. Immediately on arrival (Friday morning) was greeted by both Jim and Duncan nothing was to much trouble. Over a mug of tea Duncan sprang into action finding a loose fitting value. Pumped up to correct pressure ensuring no other problems, even took the time showing both my wife and I the correct method getting in the supplier bag. So impressed came away purchased a new pump. Bought the roof rack from Manchester Canoes. 1st time customer here and I must say all the staff are amazingly professional and helpful!!! Duncan and Liam they were simply superb!! They were both patiently explaining how to install my roof rack but also physically helped me out till I have it all set to go! I highly recommended anyone who wants to purchase anything from them!
