Never lets you down this place. Have had my last 3 sofas from SCS. Great quality and good prices.

Staff are always good and don’t get too on top of you whilst browsing. Knocked £100 off the in store price, too… Happy days!

ScS Warrington .. the staff in the shop was friendly helpful. Went in to.the shop came out with smile on my face because I got just what I wanted . I got my chair settee delivered next day. Delivery his 99 pounds a bit cheaper than other companies. I would recommend ScS ..

Myself, partner and children came into the store on Friday and I can honestly say I have never encountered a rude member of staff in my life! I didn’t get his name but he made us feel like we was peasants and not good enough to be in the shop.

He had no time of day for us what so ever and when a manager asked him to show us a sofa he shown us one and said it’s would be too expensive so don’t bother and decided to walk off mid conversation.

We had to walk out due to the horrendous customer service, surely as a customer facing business you should want to make sure you at least interact with a customer.

We decided to go across the way to DFS and purchased our sofa from there as they was very approachable and had time for us.

A shame that one poor customer service means you guys lost a sale.

Hope in the future you guys hire better staff or at least give training on how to have good customer service.

Ryan was brilliant - my elderly mum had seen a Pouffe but when we went a couple of days later to buy it we couldn’t see it , when she described it Ryan knew it had been moved so he went upstairs to get it and carried it to our car . His service was extremely professional and he is a credit to your company

Ordered 2 settees here in December which were delivered, as promised, before Christmas. Very impressed with Raymond who helped me decide which ones. Very enthusiastic and a great ambassador for the company. If only all companies had a Raymond. First class experience and I’m very pleased with my choice.

WOW what a shop, what a company. My wife and I went into this shop and saw a dining room table/ chairs and matching sideboard. We were the only two in the shop apart from two members of staff, at least I think that they were staff?. I asked for sizes as one does and was told that they would email me brochures with sizes on so I gave them my email address. It took nearly 24hrs to arrive but there were no brochures or sizes. So I thought that I might give them a call….WRONG. TRY TO CONTACT THEM BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM…..IMPOSSIBLE. So if you have any issues from being able to buy something in the first place then think again. Nicole…you were the only person that I felt was going to help me buy something from your shop, thankfully you didn’t help and I will try a proper shop now.
