I had high expectations for Belle Fleur, however I’ve been left disappointed and let down, I ordered a mug and 3 packs of the autumn wax melts, the 3 packs of the wax melts all arrived damaged and snapped, to which upon Samuel replied to my email 9 working days later despite there 1-2 day turnaround on emails, he tells me ‘they can break and snap slightly when in transit as they are designed to do so for use’, that’s not good enough, I didn’t order broken wax melts, also the vinyl on the mug is peeling off already after 3 uses, I do not recommend this business unfortunately.
