I have been with vision express for many years and having family history of eye problems I shall never change, the care and attention is excellent.

All staff at the Warrington Tesco branch are brilliant

I do however have an issue as 15/20 minutes after paying for my eye test and new glasses I found a voucher on my Lidl app for a free eye test and 30% off over £50, I rang the store to ask if it could be used and the assistant told me she would ask head office I totally understand this.

I will be very honest in saying I haven’t asked any further as I am hoping on the goodwill of the company to honour the voucher as I didn’t wish to cancel and reorder I will wait to see what happens when I collect my order

Amazingly friendly staff. Made me feel at ease. Talked through all the numbers for my eye test and gave me great advice about styles. The people there are a real credit to your organisation! Definitely will go back every two years now.

I recently visited Vision Express and had an unfortunate experience with both of the staff members. I provided my prescription, which was signed electronically, but the staff refused to accept it, insisting that it needed to be signed in pen. This was surprising and frustrating because when I uploaded the same prescription online with Vision Express, it was accepted without any issues.

When I tried to explain this to the staff, they were quite rude and dismissive. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, they simply reiterated that they would not accept the electronic signature. This inconsistent policy is frustrating and the lack of professionalism from the staff made the situation even worse.

I hope vision express can address this issue and ensure that their staff are better trained in customer service and the acceptance of electronically signed prescriptions, especially when the same prescriptions are accepted through their online platform.

I was advised by a customer service lady to have a scratch prevention coating on my glasses, I said OK I will have that, she replied with oh, we don't do it, I don't think anyone does!...
why tell you go get something, that you don't do or doesn't exist...but it does exist and on your leaflet it says that it is an option.
The next was, my new glasses weren't straight (to me) I asked "are the glasses straight, level" Oh yes they are..
Oh no they are not!...
I have had to visit another vision express to get them level and not higher on one side to the other.
I won't be going to this branch anymore.
I was the same member of staff on both occasions..
The eye test were good but the aftercare not so much..
