I really dislike having to leave negative reviews but their delivery service via wicks chosen carrier city sprint and the attitude from wicks when they fail is awful, because they couldn’t make the delivery date (stuck in traffic oldest excuse in the book)that I booked they 3 booked it for 3 days later.
This caused a problem because I had someone booked to do the work meaning they messed me and the contractor about you would also think if you can’t make the delivery day agreed you would give it priority for the next day but this is not the case even when it came to getting the material 3 days they made no effort to get to me early instead putting it on a late afternoon delivery terrible service and no communication from city sprint on the original day I
waited all afternoon until gone 7pm and “tough that’s the way it is”telephone call from wicks the day after the delivery was suppose to made absolutely rubbish

Went here today ,extremely unhelpful member of staff she couldn't even break a smile and barely looked up from the boxes she was breaking down . I asked her about some paint she said only got whats on the shelves and shrugged her shoulders ,asked another girl who went above and beyond she went out the back and got the paint as she knew which one it was as she had helped me on a previous occasion. I couldn't remember the colour . The other girl with miserable face needs to rethink her attitude towards paying customers. Won't be going back there again.

No workers ever around
Caused a broken femur incident due to no wet floor sign ! Disgusted ! Never go here no workers ever on floor and when there is there outside hiding round corner to smoke
Trying to decline it happening because “no cctv” isn’t that strange why wouldn’t they have cctv in a sharp tools isle hmm bit sus ! Hopefully see you horrible workers in court !!! No wonder so many bad reviews

payed for click and collect and had a email saying the order was ready went to collect and was told we couldn't collect untill before 8.30am the following day. we arrived at 8 30 to be told we couldn't collect for another hour then members of staff proceed to argue with me telling that is not what I was told and been really rude an continued to argue with me after I told him what his manger the previous night said telling me that tmnot what she said. completely unprofessional and won't be using any of these stores ever again

During my visit on 8,10,2024 ,I felt that the advisor displayed a noticeable lack of confidence interest in assisting me with my kitchen inquiries. From the onset of our interaction, I sensed an instant dislike towards me, which made it quite uncomfortable to discuss my needs and preferences. Furthermore, I felt that my input was undermined, which left me feeling disregarded as a customer.
Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the training and customer service approach of your team
