I had a really unpleasant experience at Care UK in Warrington. I went to purchase an item clearly marked at £10, complete with a barcode tag. When it scanned at £20, the lady on the till was about to honour the price on the tag (as you’d expect), but another staff member rudely interrupted and insisted I had to pay £20 regardless of what the tag said. She even shouted for a manager and flat-out refused to sell it at the labelled price.

Not only was this poor customer service, but the staff member was also incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was nothing. There was no apology, no respect, just attitude.

On top of that, the shop is overpriced for a charity store. It honestly feels more like an eBay outlet – everything is priced at online resale value, so don’t expect to find a bargain here. It’s a real shame, as charity shops should be affordable and welcoming. This one was neither.

Lovely shop well set out and lots to choose from prices are higher than others around. Staff could be a little more helpful but otherwise pretty good.

Lovely charity shop with some surprising items!

This charity shop is VERY expensive. Don't know who sets the prices but they need to realise that these are donated goods..second hand..not new.
Other charity shops are much cheaper.

amazing shop been looking for a old fringed standard lamp for ages ..found just what i wanted here ..price was very good ..staff were helpful as were delivery men ..will be my go to shop first in future

Brilliant place. I have donated a few baby items recently, hoping they can go to those in need in the local area.
I also found a lovely sofa in the shop.
