Purchased a replica for Christmas, didn’t work and was missing components.

Took it back as there is a 30 day return policy, which apparently doesn’t count if the replica is two toned (really glad they made sure that wasn’t mentioned)

2 of my friends also purchased replicas all with problems, all two tone which means they tell you they cannot help.

Will be making sure everyone who asks where to buy gear is told to keep far away from this place, it already had a bad reputation in the local air-soft community anyway.

Honestly had such a good experience with BUA, Was my first time purchasing a gun and Sean was able to help me out. Had my first game with the gun I bought and its accessories and honestly enjoyed it all!

Me and my fella visited the new store recently and got great service. The guys were happy to go through the benefits of all the different guns, and they have a big shooting range to try them out. They stock quality stuff with all the best kit. Will be returning soon x

Popped in to the new shop today fir a look around and was very impressed with the sheer size and amount of stock. All pews are on display and the staff are very helpful, telling us they can set anything up to shoot and use on their indoor range.

Been to the old store many times but the new one is super awesome, much larger selection to view and easier to sink my wallet in a new rif I don't need. Great help from the staff and answers the plenthora of questions.
