For £47 you expect it to be done properly. Dogs first proper groom and it's bitty and patchy, some hair not cut, tail not trimmed just a 1 cm cut off the end. Nails all cut wonky, ears not cleaned. Fur trimmed WAY shorter than I asked for and when I turned up the dog was barking and waking whilst 2 of the groomers were stood about. When challenged about the barking I got "it's a different environment for them" she's never barked like that at other groomer (introduction grooms) before. Was supposed to take 1h30, they were done in 50 minutes, obvious rush job.

I have been meaning to write a deserved review this week!
Chief (6mth Cockerpoo) paid a second visit to The Groom Room Winwick. We are super grateful that the groomers were willing to extend his appointment time to tackle his tangled fluff! The groomers were super accomodating, polite and friendly. I felt nervous to see Chief smooth, as all I've known is his super fluffy self. The groomers paid attention to detail, took their time and he left super happy. Thank you team 😊

Took my mum's dog here. He looked great afterwards! The staff are very friendly and Charlie (the dog) seemed very relaxed and looking cute after his spa treatment!

Very disappointed with my 7 month old Cocker Spaniels first groom.
Her ears are not level and we have found lots of fur that should have been trimmed to a neat finish including her chest, legs around her ears and under her belly.
Not worth the £47 we paid.

Writing on behalf of my mum, we think this is a horrible groomers. Took the dog, took over an hour, ears, eyes, paws, tail and nails weren’t trimmed at all, we don’t have a clue what they even did in that time yet every time we have been, we have been charged extra! Bear in mind, they don’t even give you a notice for that. £60 for a bit of brushing?! Ridiculous if you ask me, don’t bother going there, we’ll still to the individual private groomers
