Unfortunately, my experience is not to the standard I would have expected. Unhelpful staff and unrealiable services. The MOT in 2024 was sublet (which I was not advised of) and it was missed that one of my tyres was fitted incorrectly. For this year's MOT (2025), it was picked up and corrected as it would otherwise fail the MOT, however when challenged why this happened (not being picked up last year), it took few people to go through weeks after the service, and just to be told that in 2024 it was sublet and MOT is all about personal observations so checking the way the tyre was fitted is not something on a "list" to check. Very disappointing as I have 3 children in the car daily and I understand the risks of having a tyre incorrectly fit. I then requested a copy of my signed service plan as I misplaced my copy, and again had to wait for weeks to be told I need to call a different number which makes me wonder about my data security as again I was not advised that "EMAC" will be holding all of my paperwork, which they also said will post when called but after over one month still not received my signed copy. I will ensure to post my review on as many informative sites as possible so people know to avoid or be very cautious about this dealership/service.

Warrington branch AVOID AT All COST…complete liars
AVOID AT ALL COST…complete liars and time wasters…Warrington branch complete joke! Left a deposit for a car I had not seen due to work commitments, I went in to test drive but the car sounded awful, boot and seats were covered in furry mould. Asked for my deposit back whilst I continued to search through their stock…multiple calls and being told it’s been refunded…surprise all lies…waited for a call from management as requested 5 days later no call…called again there was apparently no manager available…so unfortunately I had to come into the branch…and surprise a manager is available face to face…I would rather buy a 3 legged donkey for transport than speak to the awful sales guys in Warrington….typical 80’s double glazing rats

I have had the best experience with Sami when selecting the car for my business driving. Neal gave me best advice on a car maintenance and service. Finally, Dave did his absolute best to explain the finance and made it very easy for me to sign up. This is my second car from this place, and would recommend it to all my friends and relatives. I have a car of them 2 year left on hp said to clear pay £10,000 that's with out interest, put if I carry on paying for 2 years with interest just over £9,000 , and and said to buy will give me £5,000 will not be going again , as told will call be back with other options still waiting
