Ordered some fight shorts, they look great. Bit of a delay with Royal Mail, but is to be expected this close to Christmas. Dan from FEUK was great communicating this and offered a refund for the 1-2 day delivery. Overall a great company and I would use again and recommend.

Mouth guard was damaged and Dan said it wasn’t when clearly there is a chipped off piece. Absolutely will not be buying here again. There are so many other good honest stores where they will not pull off this type of nonsense.

Bought some Adidas boxing boots from fight equipment uk and the sole started to come away after a month of use. Contacted fight equipment uk customer services and received a same day reply asking for photos. Sent these in and again got a prompt reply thanking me and stating they would contact supplier. Next day had an update that replacement boots were being dispatched. Received boots two days later. Highly recommended buying from fight equipment uk, customer service is second to none. Big shout out to Dan who dealt with the issue. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

Absolute horrendous service Purchased some harness wraps for my son for Christmas they came way too small. I sent them back on Tuesday 2nd it got to theirs on 6th And I am still waiting for a refund and they also never answer the phone as I’ve called 10 to 15 call on one day So anyone wanted to use these guys I’d prefer to go elsewhere like Fortress

Very positive review extremely overdue.

Ordered rival bag gloves in the past, had very minor scuffs to the leather. Got an exchange very quickly.

Ordered an Adidas 5ft 150lb kick bag, however it didn't come with a swivel as advertised. It was the suppliers fault not Fightequipment UK. They promptly got into contact and I got the swivel attachment very quickly.

Overall, excellent quality of products. Very hospitable and professional customer service.

I'm about to pop down in store tomorrow to try on some new gloves and I can't wait.

Don't waste your time. Bad service. Website says things are in stock, you call to make sure but phone lines don't work on weekends, drive an hour because the website says in stock... get there not in stock, that shouldn't be live yet, he says. Total piss take.
