Decent beds once you get your order right. First delivery 2 damaged beds and a headboard damaged, wrong colour and wrong one. Second headboard damaged took 2 more deliveries and close to 3 weeks to fully resolve. When I ask about compensation for the mistakes and issues they caused we were told you can have £80 but it would void your warranty and this was on an order for excess of £2k.
We have been left with damaged walls from the delivery driver of the last delivery who was nothing short of rude and said not my problem speak to the office. The office number is always engaged so you can't call them...
So I won't be using them again or recommending to anyone else

I have seen the mattress on the showroom in warrington. It’s not the same quality like the one have seen. When I sent the company complaint. They think they are too smart. They replied after few days and said the oh sorry it’s that same mattress you have seen and the bed has been used and we can’t return it… so basically they ignore the complaint for few days and assume the bed it has been used.. The wasn’t used for 3 weeks. I know this company unprofessional at what so ever. I paid £399 for a mattress. I won’t buy for £95. It is low quality. I don’t advise you. I shocked that they sent me text message for review. You deserve Zero star. Don’t be in touch with me again and delete my number. You are not allowed to use my number for marketing purposes.

The young man at bed world was very knowledgeable and polite, he shared this knowledge clearly and expertly. The delivery of the bed was prompt and without fuss. It looks amazing in my room I can’t find a single flaw scratch or dirty mark anywhere I am very satisfied with my new bed and so happy to have chosen Bed World.
I would presume all Bed World shops are the same but my personal recommendation goes to the shop on the retail park in St Helens.

Dont buy from these ! Bed lasted 2 years after paying over a £1,000. Gas hydrolics failed suddenly nearly causing a crushing injury. No help from customer service, wont help with replacement struts, repair or replacement. Health and safety hazard!

Phoned yesterday to order a bed was told to do it on line told the man I didn't have an email but could use my late husband's I'm not very good with online ordering and tried but was getting all mixed up so phoned back it was the same person that I'd spoken to earlier explained I couldn't do the online so could I order it over the phone he sorry his system was down znd he would phone me back as soon as it comr back on ssud he had my phone number still waiting 2 days later horrendous customer service won't be ordering anything again from this site orderd a bed from another company by phone different again very helpful

Very disappointed, we arranged for re deliver a week back as we were out of country and could, t except delivery on the 8th Feb, they said they will deliver a week later, when we returned home we were faced with our headboard flat on the floor in our front garden, this is not good service and will not be going to this company again.

Purchased the Windsor Chesterfield Upholstered Wing Bed Frame, absolutely brilliant product been testing for 18 months now with numerous large females and it’s never let me down. Would definitely buy again.
