Really helpful and friendly staff each time I've visited. Today a store assistant very kindly went out of her way to search in the storeroom for tofu for me despite the store being rather busy

Customer service is so bad. The worst I have ever experienced. Simple manners goes a long way. Co op are just ripping the local community off. Your prices are like going to a comedy club. The prices and the staff are hilarious 😂

Open till late, sells alcohol n tobacco and all your groceries, flowers too

Usually good service, but today I found myself alone in the shop waiting to pay with no staff on the tills.
A member of staff restocking bread totally ignored me and went into the back.
Eventually a member of staff sauntered to the till and said ' Y'alright ?'. No please, thankyou or apologies for the wait.
Not good.
UPDATE
Things did improve and I have used the store for minor purchases, but today really was unbelievable.
I actually called in to purchase a Monster energy drink. I went to the card till which required confirmation from a member of staff. There were a few customers in the queue and the lone member of staff on the till was busy with a customer. He called for assistance. A colleague came from the back and sorted his problem. She then returned to the back, ignoring both the queue and myself !
Needless to say, I left the store without making a purchase. Appalling service.

decided to come at 10 to 8 in the morning when i ordered it at half nine at night. sick of this wanted my pringles BAD SHOP DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prices are extortionate and most of the staff are ignorant with a blasé attitude I only shop here for milk and bread because everything is so expensive.

There seems to be delivery issues as many of the fridges are either empty or have little stock on. Some shelves are empty aswell,
