Similar to a previous reviewer, I moved here recently and also suffer anxiety after a traumatic few years in London. I find all the staff here extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The customers as well. Well above what is expected in retail. It truly feels like a "community" store, and one I would recommend to anyone. I'm very grateful to have found them

They refuse to take paypoint vouchers. As in, they can take them, but most of the staff don't want to.

I collected my items to purchase and got to the till and the lady serving (Suzanne) was rushing everybody, the man who was in front of me and collecting his paid items she had her arm out ready to get my items, so I walked to the till and she scanned my items in a rushed pace told me the price and as she handed me my change I was putting my change in my purse and before i could even do that she was scanning somebody else's items and putting them which my paid items. this is totally unacceptable and i was not happy with the service she delivered. would not recommend this co-op with rude staff members.

Not been in in a long time but every time I did I felt comfortable, and I have anxiety , my husband goes all the time now and never has a complaint so its a 5 star for me , these people that are saying there are rude staff , you never know what a person is going through, maybe asking " are you OK love " would change their attitude towards you ! Just saying x thanxx to the staff at the co op for keeping going through all of the corona virus etc too I'd like to see a few of these people do that !!! 😀

Go twice a week good for essential security, poor I have witnessed 3 shoplifters feel sorry for staff they try to stop them bet don't have any power.

i have always found the staff very pleasant and helpful
i have been shopping here for years and never had a problem with staff or availability of groceries , and also good quality .

Some staff extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

Queues for the checkouts are regularly a 20 minuite wait and both of the self checkouts are always faulty.

Do yourself a favour shop else where….
