Nightmare! The lady at the till is completely unprofessional, rude and makes a simple parcel return process a disaster. Will not return even if this will be the last store on Earth.
Avoid at all cost!

I went there as the Nespresso/Podback website has the shop listed as a drop-off point for Nespresso/coffee pod Podback-scheme bags. The two men there had no idea what I was talking about. They told me that the shop's name was kept on (Tina is no longer associated with the store) and the title is a leftover from when "English people owned the store". 🤔

The meanest service I ever received. This woman said paypoint machine is broken JUST FOR ME because I didnt buy anything. It was my first time topping up there, do they expect people to purchase stuff every time they want to top up or send the parcel? Looking at other reviews about overcharging and mouldy food i’d rather not.

The lady who sells in this store yelled at me because I came only to top up electricity and gas. She said that she has to pay 60p for transaction for it and I have to necessarily buy something and not just top up. Sorry, it is not my business!!!! The last time she ignored me when I wanted to send a parcel via Hermes, I had to wait 5 minutes for it because she had to finish reading the newspaper. Every time she sees me, she is unkind and rude to me.
I have just read other reviews about this store and they are all negative. It is a pity that the boss of the store do nothing about it.

Constantly over charged. Was not made aware until a social media post. Since then I have recorded my visits . Every time I have been over charged. Office of fair trading notified. Do not use this shop. They over charge in a cost of living crisis. Disgusting behaviour.

Very arogant and lazy lady at the till. Wanted to return hermes parcels, I printed the labels at self service. Lady asked me to scan the parcels with hermes scanner and take them to the storage room. I have never done this before and believe this has to be done by the staff working in the shop. When I asked for assistance, I was literally kicked off the store. If you dont want to get stressed avoid this place . I feel sorry for your costumers Tina's mini market!

The worst service I have ever experienced in a mini mart. Tried to return a package through Hermes, following their instructions and the lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

It will be a pleasure to never shop there again.
