Lovely service and staff who take time to chat and clearly love pets, they even gave a treat my dog who was delighted! It’s also great to see a pet shop not part of a national chain, you wouldn’t get this service in a large high street pet shop.

Great little shop with a fantastic variety of stock. Extremely helpful and sorted out a great waterproof jacket for our dog. Nothing too much trouble and treats for the four legged customers lol. The prices very reasonable and nicely set out. Highly recommended and thanks for the great service.

Lovely service and very well equipped! I visited Windermere with my two dogs and thought I had everything I needed, I was wrong! This store was fantastic, I got everything I needed. The owner is so lovely and knows his store inside out, so friendly and helpful

Went here today as our lab was pulling us all over the Lakes lol. The gent in the shop was lovely and really so so helpful our lab is walking fab and we are really happy cant recommend enough.
