5 Stars all day everyday 😍😍😍
Absolutely the best ice cream in the business! The selection is 10/10! and packed with flavour — you can truly taste the quality. Not to mention the selection of sweets is to die for — a dream for anyone with a sweet tooth! The shop itself is beautiful and always so clean , and the woman who owns it is so lovely and welcoming. She brings such warmth and passion to the place. A must-visit if you’re in Windermere!

My mum and I visited a couple of months ago for the first time after being attracted by the beautiful window display , and equally beautiful interior. The lady who worked there was so helpful and friendly. We both got a gelato and some macarons each and they were both amazing. The quality was 10/10, we will definitely be back again! Thankyou.

This place is awesome. It stands out as one of the best shops to visit in the village. I always thought macaroons should have hard centres until I bought some from here. Very gooey and full of flavour... and don't get me started on the ice cream. Put it on your 'to do' list - you won't be disappointed 😁

Wow! What an amazing place! I visited several times over the Easter weekend with my sister, daughter, and niece, and were served by the most lovely people. The ice cream, and macarons were the best we’ve ever had! If you visit Windermere town and don’t make a trip here, then you’ve missed a big treat! I’d give more stars if possible, and dog friendly too! X

Called in Sugarfinery yesterday on a quick stop over in Windermere. What a find !
The choice of ice cream flavours were amazing.
The shop has beautiful decor and is really inviting.
But mainly I want to mention the lady in the shop and how I can't praise her highly enough for her treatment of myself and more importantly my disabled friend. We arrived there when it was almost closing time, but due to the style of the building it was not possible for my friend to access the shop on her mobility scooter. This however was no trouble for the lady in the shop, she was very patient and even let me take the sample cones outside for my friend to choose. She then came outside and re-arranged the table and chairs so that the scooter could be parked at the table. She brought the lovely ice cream out to us and said although it was closing time soon we were welcome to take our time. We didn't feel rushed at all.
So a big thank you for being so kind and patient, and of course for the delicious ice cream

Sugarfinery = My New Happy Place
Came in for one scoop… left emotionally attached to the ice cream. I don’t know what kind of wizardry they’re working in that little cup, but WOW. Creamy, dreamy, and dangerously delicious. Like, hide it from yourself in the fridge kind of good.

And the lovely lady running the place? She’s the sweetest part of the whole experience. So warm and kind, I felt like I was being served by a dessert angel.

Bonus points for the cute biscuit with the logo—fancy AND tasty? Yes please.

10/10 would recommend. Your mouth will be happy. Your diet might cry. Worth it.

Go. Eat. Thank me later.
