Woo-hoo! Another branch visited 👌 Living in NE Scotland, I'm not afforded the opportunity to pop into their branches on a regular basis, so to-that-end, I try and visit at least a couple of times a year in person when I'm passing that way in the car ☀️
Another fabulous, luxurious branch, right in the heart of the Lake District. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, and I stockpiled several items, and their new Bamboo & Jasmine perfume before heading home.

Sure their stuff is expensive, but it's artisan. It's local and unique to this part of the country! You cannot purchase this in your local Superdrug high street stores. Their perfumes are like nothing else, they're stunning.

Yes I could buy via their website (and do!) but there is something special about visiting their branches in person ✨

The lady at this shop was very nice and helpful! Their products are locally produced, high quality and we really liked their elegant scents, especially the lip balm we bought, the lady said it was exclusive and you couldn't find it anywhere else in the world.

My gf absolutely loved this store and ended up buying a lot, and the lady gifted us lots of samples. They were quite expensive but we think the price was well justified.

Went with my daughter into the store on the 16th April and the elderly lady working there was very rude to my 10 year old daughter. Harmlessly looking at some lip balms she very loudly had to tell her not to sample them. Wouldn’t like to visit again with the customer service she provided.

I went in with my friend without intention to buy anything but Linda convinced me!
She is very knowledgeable and explained each ingredient and was able to reccomend me a product based on my skin concern!
We both bought some hand cream and left very happy - Thank you Linda 🫶

Went in to have a look around and the woman said they don't accept cash.
Won't be getting our business.
Businesses like this are assisting in going cashless.
They will regret it when the banks have full control and charge them higher and higher fees.

Lovely shop, high price point but lovely products . Wanted to go here as the b&b ww stayed in had the patchouli and black pepper soap and lotion, when we walked in we could smell it it just time we used it , so fresh smelling, so of course I had to treat us. The lady in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me choose a perfume as well. She served us well at the till with2 samples, I haven't tried yet, packed lovely in a bathhouse bag. Excellent service

We went in for a browse and met the lovely Linda, she was a superstar! Linda could tell us about each individual product, including the story behind the scents, and she was able to give us some pointers of where to visit. Such a great shop with a lovely ethos and super nice products.

My son buys a lot of products online from this shop, and pops in when he is in the Lake District. We went there today and bought a few items. When I came to pay they told me they take card only now as it’s busy! It wasn’t busy and they could have taken cash, which is how I would have preferred to pay. It’s important to keep cash alive and we will no longer be supporting your company or buying any more products from you. I Suggest you reconsider taking cash as a cashless society will ruin the country.
