Richard and his team bent over backwards to help us on our journey back to Cornwall while on holiday in the Lake District. They fitted us in around an already busy garage to get our camper van intercooler changed when it failed and halted our travel. They had us at their mercy as we were totally stuck but instead of ripping us off just they treated us fairly and the bill came in a little less than first suggested.
Impeccable service and I can’t recommend highly enough. If only every garage was this honest and professional!

Absolutely fantastic service from Richard this morning…went the extra mile to get me out of a difficult fix. We turned up unscheduled close to closing time and he was only too happy to help; we were treated as if we were a long-standing valued customer. Clearly very knowledgeable and experienced.

I went to them as I was out of my local area and needed some help to change my coil pack as I had developed a misfire while driving over from Durham, I had already bought the parts and just wanted it swapped over which they did without hesitation and free , now that is good service

The camper van had not passed its MOT because of a failed component in one of the airbags. With a holiday trip looming, Windermere Autos immediately stepped up and gave us an appointment to be re-tested as soon as the repair had been completed. We dropped the van off at the arranged time, came back an hour later, the van had passed the re-test, and ... no re-test fee. Exemplary service, exactly when we needed it, and not a single sharp intake of breath!

Called in today , Had a slow puncture , Got sorted straight away , no messing about , bloke got on with it straight away , Patched and fixed , No new tyre required , thankfully only had 3500 miles on new car , Very much appreciated and home safe and sound Thanks Again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Managed to pop a tyre at Hardknott Pass. AA mechanic recommended them and glad he did. Had a long journey home that was concerned I wouldn't be able to make. No need to worry! Tyre in stock. Quick service. Friendly team and mechanic in the garage. Managed to get me back on the road for a 5 hour journey home for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Excellent service. Got a bad puncture, the out of hours phone was answered immediately, we agreed a time to recover the following morning. Arrived exactly on time, tyre replaced quickly. Excellent service and value. I would definitely use again.

Brilliant service. Booked the tyre (at a great price) and a convenient day/time for installation online. When I arrived was told to leave the car and come back in an hour and it was would be done. And, it was! Easy.
